Breath & Body Awareness

These sessions may include:
  • foundational pranayama and somatic breathwork
  • anapan practices for breath anchoring
  • seated silence and observing body sensations
  • developing steadiness and inner balance
  • self-inquiry, awareness, and reflection
The focus is not on “stopping thoughts” – but on noticing when the mind wanders and gently returning to the breath, again and again.
